LibreSSL を FreeBSD でビルドする方法を説明します。

概要

OpenSSLからfork(派生)したLibreSSLをFreeBSDでビルドしました。

ビルド

AES-NI がサポートしてないなら、 no-asm を指定します。

wget http://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/LibreSSL/libressl-2.3.1.tar.gz
tar zxfp libressl-2.3.1
cd libressl-2.3.1
./config zlib no-asm

以下のエラーが出たら、 config に no-asm を指定します。

% make
Making all in crypto

実行例

OpenSSLと違い、ディレクトリ構造が１階層増えていますので、注意してください。[[[OpenSSL]]の感覚でいると、opensslコマンドが見つからない！ってなります。

% env OPENSSL_CONF=$PWD/apps/openssl/openssl.cnf apps/openssl/openssl version
